HOSTED PARTY ROOM
Our party room can accommodate most party sizes but we like to keep this below 24 Children for Non Private Parties. As with parents in attendance, this can get crowded! If you have more than 24 please inquire about full facility rentals (below).
(up to 10 children included) $300
Includes party host(s) to manage the entire party from beginning to end. You do bring your own special cake, cupcakes or cookies but that's it! Then you have the option to add pizza and drinks to your party at checkout!
We provide the dedicated party hosts(s), the tables, tableware, food/drinks (as optional add on), cupcake stand and banner decor!
Additional Children: $11.50/child
Crawlers under 1 are always free!
Parents are always free!
*Add large pizza $17 - $24 based on toppings
*Add water or apple juice $1.25-$1.75/each
*Add additional children at $11.50/child.
*Socks are required to play but are sold at front desk for $3 if your guests forget theirs.
All parties will include 45 minutes in the play structure and play areas for the entire party followed by 45 minutes in a private party room.
Your party area will be in our rainbow open party area while the children play and will be transitioned to the private party room with the door shut for the 2nd half!
We ask all party guests join you in the private party room at this time as pizza, drinks and cake/cupcakes are only served in the party room for your party. These items are not allowed outside of the party room. The door does remain shut during this portion of your party. There are cubbies in the party room for guests' personal belongings. We have a large cart that hold the gifts and children's shoes and belongings that gets transferred to your party room following play!
We do it all, so you can relax and enjoy your child's special day!
*All party attendees must be inside the open rainbow party area while the children play, or walking around watching them! We don't allow the party guests to huddle at dining tables at any time during the party.
*Your party will be escorted out of the party room on time, no exceptions. All party supplies and leftovers must be taken to car and cannot remain in the dining area of the playhouse.
*No outside food or drink allowed, except for birthday cake, cupcakes or birthday cookies. No Ice Cream or Smash cakes please. There will be a cleaning fee added to your party if those items are brought in.
We include standard 'Happy Birthday' plates/napkins and wall banner. We do not allow outside decorations beyond simple plates/napkins, table top décor and a simple balloon bouquet. You may bring your own take-home gift bags which will be handed out at the end of your party by our staff for the children to take home with them. Staff will keep these behind the front desk. We do also offer Prosper Playhouse gift bags now as part of the theme options for an additional charge which you can opt into at the right in your party package!
PRIVATE PARTY-Facility Rental! You can even make it a Glow Party or a Laser Tag Party!
Rent the facility to accommodate max capacity for space or beyond 24 children. Party lasts for 2 hours however we begin to clean and help guests pick up and head out during the last 15 minutes. We include party host(s) to manage your party from beginning to end.

Facility Rental/Private Party Cost $800
($300 deposit due at time of booking)
**inquire about adding an additional hour or two to your party, if available for your time slot there will be an additional $150 fee per hour added. You may also inquire about beginning your party earlier in the day (if availalbe) but additional charges will apply in order to close early for this.

You can cater in or bring outside food for a facility rental however you must clean up and take everything with you. Depending on the items brought in, we begin cleaning at 15 minutes till end of party or more if the food requires more cleanup. If the facility requires extra cleaning due to the catered or outside items, you will incur a $200 fee added to your party balance.
You may bring alcohol in If you are the last facility rental of the day...no hard liquor, beer and wine only (and no glass) and my staff cannot touch it. You will be fully responsible for it.
Maximum facility capacity is 104 total people (of all ages) currently including my staff.
No Ice Cream or Smash cakes please.
* You can choose a party theme backdrop or use our standard 'Happy Birthday' theme for no additional charge. It will be placed on the dining room wall.
Banner Themes include: Super Hero, Princess Castle, Disney Princess, Frozen II, Mermaid, Blippi, Construction zone, Unicorn, CARS, BLUEY, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Sonic the Hedgehog, Paw Patrols, Encanto, and a video game theme.
* You can choose to add the carboard, life-size, pop-up character to stand near your cake table for an additional $10/character:
Life-size cardboard characters include Disney Princesses, Super Hero ( Spiderman), Mermaid and Frozen II (Elsa & Anna) and Encanto

Glow in the Dark ADD ON:
You can now also add a Black-Out, glow in the dark activity for evening facility rentals. The lights will be turned off when the party starts and only the neon LEDs and black lights will be on...children get a glow stick upon entrance. After 40-60 min the main lights are turned back on for the remainder (pizza and cake time) of the party.
Additional cost is $100
LASER TAG ADD ON:
You can now also add a laser tag activity for the evening facility rentals, the lights will be turned off when the party begins and only the neon LEDs lights will be on and the children will be able to team up with 8 against 8 and swap. After 40-60 minutes the main lights are turned back on for the remainder (pizza and cake time) of the party.
Additional cost is $175
